¡¡HELLO!!
Today we have our second proyect. We need to do a wall of sounds with all vowels and consonants sounds to skow it to our pupils. In this wall apeared every sound associated with a drawing that is most easy to remember and know children as they sound.
Now I'm going to skow you how I made it.
MATERIALS NEEDED:
- Large cardboard of a light colour
- Pencil
- Rubber
- Rule
- Colored markers
WAY OF DOING:
- At first you will need a book or a web page with sounds to copy it. In English File web page you could find it.
- Now you have to mark you design with a rule, a pencil and a rubber. In this case I separate vowel sounds, consonant sounds and in turn have placed in two rows of six sounds each.
- Then you have to go over everything with different colors to call attention of children. But be careful, we use only two colors to represent the sounds and the corresponding drawing, because if not, the child may be distracted and not notice what is important.
- Finally we have to delete all that we draw with pencil and put it on a wall of the class, so ¡¡OUR PROYECT IS FINISHED!!
Right now our project is exposed in the aisles of our faculty, Facultad de Formación del Profesorado of Cáceres.
